They will also develop strategies to address and action responses to any unresolved concerns that may arise during the project. In Assessment 4 — Team leadership reflection — the learner will write a detailed reflection and review of their team leadership performance. The assessments at Ironwood are competency-based assessments. NYC means that you still are in the process of understanding and acquiring the skills and knowledge required to be marked C.
