This article aims to provide a summary review of what is already known about customer loyalty and identifies some emerging issues that play an important role in it. By synthesizing extant customer loyalty literature, this article seeks further understanding of loyalty and offers priorities for ongoing loyalty research. Using conceptual models, this study provides a framework designed to extend the understanding of customer loyalty and the impact of the evolving role of engaged customers.

Data was collected from food and grocery customers using Convenience Sampling technique through Structured Questionnaire. The SEM results reveal that three factors viz. Physical Aspects, Price and Payment do not have a significant positive influence on Customer Satisfaction.

This paper aims to investigate the variables that influence satisfaction and loyalty in the SME segment. Specifically, this paper will study the effect of service quality, fairness in financing schemes, and religiosity in Islamic financing services to SME owners as their customers. This study uses a survey method with SME owners as respondents. Researcher processed the questionnaire output with the path analysis approach using SPSS software version Service quality, fair schemes, and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in sharia financing for SMEs both individually and simultaneously. However, only customer satisfaction individually has a positive and significant effect on loyalty.
